I recently had the pleasure of working with Olivia and Taylor Reese after relocating to Kansas City. I was fortunate to meet Olivia and Taylor through a relationship with my soon-to-be employer that they’ve developed over the years. Olivia and Taylor recently helped us through a home purchase and sale. Both transactions went off flawlessly. From the day we started and to the end Taylor and Olivia went above and beyond all of my expectations of realtors. Taylor has tremendous knowledge of the INS and outs of all the construction side of it all and Olivia staged the house to perfection and had professional pics taken and made our home look fantastic and it sold in a few days! They were both very prompt and took care of things that popped up without anything from us. Wow! The most stress-free selling and buying of a home we have ever had. These two make a great team in all-around aspects of buying and selling of homes. We could not have asked or even realized there were still people out there who worked that hard and were furious for their clientele. I'd give them 10 stars out of 5!!!

The obvious challenge of selling our family farm was the house: 25 rooms large, built in 1904 in a very rural area. Beautiful, three stories to work with, but needing a unique buyer. The Reese Group at Compass did a great job of staging, photographing, and, most important, advertising that reached into potential markets. Soon, Olivia and Taylor had a steady stream of serious lookers. From details to the big picture, they were always professional - patiently answering our questions, realistically managing our expectations, taking on numerous tasks that fell beyond our contract.
