We met Olivia and her husband Taylor at a time when my wife and I were thinking about downsizing at an open house they were hosting. Well, we never made that change but for three years Olivia still kept in touch with us. Over that time, Olivia became just as much a friend as our realtor and she let us use her Rolodex of contractors as well when we made some upgrades to the home during that time. Long story short, we ended up having to sell our home in Overland Park as we were moving out of state for a job I accepted. At this point, it was a no-brainer that we would use Olivia. Not only is she caring, but she is very polished and professional so we were grateful she represented us during the sale. Olivia and Taylor were great to work with in helping us find our first home!
